hIAPP droplet fusion. A drop of a 129 µM hIAPP reaction in PBS was placed on a MatTek dish and imaged. The AWI (outer edge of the reaction drop) is on the left-hand side of the video. The arrowheads indicate droplets that will undergo fusion with one another.
