Protrusions of ggps1^- cells. Single ggps1^- cell was captured from supplementary video 2. Cell on the left was supplemented with 0.1 μM GGPP, cell on the right was supplemented with 0.2 μM GGPP. Since cell on right was moving rapidly, successive images of cell were repositioned on the video. For cell on the left, repositioning is not necessary. Video started 48 h after the addition of GGPP. Images were acquired every 10 min.
