Drug toxicity on hiPSC-derived cardiac microtissues. hiPSC-derived cardiac microtissues were stimulated at 1Hz, and velocity of microtissue-contraction was analysed after 24 hours exposure to indicated drugs. The Horn-Schunck Vector Flow analysis method was used to detect changes in pixel displacements during contraction of the microtissues in 3D. Related to Figure 4.
