Dictyostelium discoideum cell travels up a cAMPS gradient. The channels cAMP loading channel contains 0.1% fluorescein dextran. It can be seen that there is a steep gradient over the length of the cell. Images were acquired every 30 seconds and the movie is played at 30 frames/s. Scale bar is 10 μm.
