ssDNA disperses phase-separated SSB droplets. Related to Fig. 5. The fluorescence signal of droplets formed by 30 μM SSB and 0.3 μM fluorescein-labeled SSB in LLPS buffer (20 mM Tris-OAc pH 7.5, 50 mM NaGlu, 5 mM MgOAc, 20 mM NaCl) was followed in time after dropwise addition of a solution of dT79 (2 μl, dissolved in water) into the microscopy chamber to reach a final concentration of 30 μM dT79. As dT79 mixes with the phase-separated SSB solution, SSB droplets disperse. The video was background corrected.
