Time-lapse live cell imaging of a stable GFP 1-10-expressing S2 cell line infected with either FHV-WT or FHV-GFP11-ΔB1 The upper DIC and lower GFP fluorescence movies show a stable GFP 1-10-expressing S2 cell line imaged every 30 minutes from 2 hours to 26 hours post-infection with either FHV-WT (left) or FHV-GFP11-ΔB1 (right). FHV-WT infected cells exhibit background-level fluorescence only, whereas the FHV-GFP11- ΔB1 infected cells show robust GFP complementation by protein A-GFP11.
