The time-dependent NADH autofluorescence signals show the triggering and posterior synchronization of the glycolytic oscillations with a single-cell resolution. Due to the diffusion-based perfusion of CN− and GLC synchronization waves spontaneously appear and travel away from the perfusion channels.
