HS-AFM images of CfCel6B (final concentration 1.0 μM) added on crystalline cellulose III_I. The scan area was 200 × 80 nm in 120 × 48 pixels. Scan-rate was 0.3 sec frame^-1 and the movies are sped-up 3× times (0.9 sec frame^-1). Total time is 34 seconds. CfCel6B particles are indicated by green triangles (up to 18 seconds). Scale bar and height lookup table of the images are shown in Figure 1B.
