HS-AFM images of CfCel9A (final concentration 1.0 μM) added on crystalline cellulose III_I. The scan area was 200 × 80 nm in 120 × 40 pixels. Scan-rate was 0.3 sec frame^-1 and the movies are sped-up 3× times (0.9 sec frame^-1). Total time is 14 seconds. CfCel9A particles are indicated by black triangles. Scale bar and height lookup table of the images are shown in Figure 1C.
