HS-AFM images of CfCel48A (final concentration 1.0 μM) added on crystalline cellulose III_I. The scan area was 200 × 100 nm in 120 × 50 pixels. Scan-rate was 0.3 sec frame^-1 and the movies are sped-up 3× times (0.9 sec frame^-1). Total time is 16 seconds. CfCel48A particles are indicated by purple triangles. Scale bar and height lookup table of the images are shown in Figure 1D.
