HS-AFM images of mixture of CfCel6B and CfCel48A moving on crystalline cellulose IIII. The observation was started after addition of CfCel48A (final concentration 1.0 μM) and the moving direction of CfCel48A molecules was established, then CfCel6B (final concentration 1.0 μM) was added. The scan area was 200 × 120 nm (120 × 60 pixels). The scan rate was 0.3 sec frame-1 and the movies are sped-up 3× times (0.9 sec frame-1). Total time is 17 seconds. CfCel6B particles are indicated by green triangles. CfCel48A particles are indicated by purple triangles. Scale bar and height lookup table of the images are shown in Figure 2A.
