HS-AFM images of mixture of CfCel6B and TrCel7A moving on crystalline cellulose IIII. The surface of the same cellulose fiber of Movie S2. The observation was started after addition of CfCel6B (final concentration 1.0 μM), and then TrCel7A (final concentration 1.0 μM) was added. The scan area was 200 × 80 nm (120 × 48 pixels). The scan rate was 0.3 sec frame-1 and the movies are sped-up 3× times (0.9 sec frame-1). Total time is 20 seconds. CfCel6B particles are indicated by green triangles. TrCel7A particles are indicated by blue triangles. Scale bar and height lookup table of the images are shown in Figure 2B.
