Movie S4.
Migration of neuronal precursors along the rostral migratory stream (RMS) is perturbed in OPHN1-/y mice. Representative two-photon time-lapse imaging of GFP-labeled neuronal precursors along the RMS. In OPHN1-/y mice, during two-hours imaging session, newly generated cells migrate slower and for a significant reduced amount of time with respect to littermate controls. Mutant neuroblasts migrate in other directions than toward the olfactory bulb.
