Time-lapse movies of PGCs expressing the dominant-negative form of the ROCK protein (DNROCK) in the presence of Cxcl12a chemokine gradient (indicated in red below the movies). Lifeact (magenta) labels the cell front and the rear markers (Ezrin, Esyt2a and MTs) are in green. The movies show the same cells presented in Fig. 5b. Frame interval is 10 sec.
