Movie S1. HIV-1 RNA movement in the cytoplasm of a cell. A HeLa cell was transfected with plasmids 1-AAG and Bgl-YFP (described in Fig. 1). Time-lapse images were acquired at 23.8 Hz with a 40-ms integration time. The movie is encoded at 24 Hz.
