Movie S4. HIV-1 RNA movement in the cytoplasm of a cell expressing functional Gag. A HeLa cell was transfected with plasmids 1-GagmCherry-BSL/1-Gag-BSL (1:1 ratio; described in Fig. 4) and Bgl-YFP. Simultaneous two-channel, time-lapse images (RNA, green; Gag, red) were acquired at 23.8 Hz with a 40-ms integration time. The movie is encoded at 100 Hz.
