Movie S11. Limited cell death is seen in an advanced PyMT/c-fms-EGFP tumor treated with M279 for 4 d, starting at 16 wk of age. Propidium iodide (red) was administered intraperitoneally every hour during imaging, and can be seen accumulating in dying myeloid cells (green) along with some c-fms-EGFP− cells. Blood vessels are seen in blue.
