Movie S5. An advanced PyMT/c-fms-EGFP/ACTB-ECFP tumor from a mouse treated with M279 for 3 wk, starting at 13 wk of age. Alexa Fluor 647-labeled Gr-1 antibody (red) was injected intravenously 1 h before imaging. Propidium iodide (white) was administered intraperitoneally every hour during imaging. Tumor cells are seen in blue, c-fms-EGFP+ myeloid cells in green. Note the highly motile Gr-1+ EGFP+ neutrophils patrolling the tumor tissue near blood vessels. Very little cell death is visible in this region.
