Movie S9. Dextran-ingesting myeloid cells displaying MMP activity are dramatically reduced in an advanced PyMT/ACTB-ECFP tumor treated with M279 for 3.5 wk, starting at 12 wk of age. MMPSense 680 probe (red) was injected intravensously 24 h before imaging, Alexa Fluor 594-labeled Gr-1 antibody (green) was injected intravenously 1 h before imaging, and FITC-labeled 10 kDa dextran (pink) was injected intravenously a few minutes after imaging was started. Tumor cells are seen in blue.
