Time-lapse fluorescence microscopy corresponding to the addition of amphiphysin to 3 GUVs (under RNCL conditions) (control). An aqueous buffer solution of amphiphysin-His (728 μM; final concentration: 72.8 μM) was added to another aqueous solution of 3 GUVs (380 μM) containing 0.1 mol % of Bodipy FL DHPE dye in the presence of DTT (2.6 mM). Membrane curvature events were not observed. Sequential fluorescence images were taken over a period of 25 min. Frames are 30 s apart. Movie frame rate is 5 fps. (Scale bar, 10 μm.)
