Interactions between RNP granules facilitate transfer of TDP-43 (related to Fig. 3). Time-lapse imaging of a photobleaching experiment demonstrates transference of fluorescence intensity from nonbleached TDP-43 RNP granules (pink and green arrowheads) to a bleached granule (blue arrowhead). This movie contains the images shown in Fig. 2A, but includes additional time points. The first frame of the movie corresponds to 3 s before photobleaching and continues to t = 21 s after photobleaching. The movie playback speed is one frame per second. (Scale bar: 5 μm.)
