Representative movie of mixed populations of NRVMs expressing the FRET-based cAMP sensitive sensor H187 or its mitochondrial targeted version OMM-H187. Cells were treated with increasing doses of Isoprenaline (100 pm; 1 nM; 10nM). Final treatment with Fsk 20μM combined to IBMX 100 μM saturated both sensors.
