z-stack rendering video of the 1-voxel thick (0.8 nm) orthoslices of the vigorously micropipetted L. hesperus silk protein dope (4h incubation in 4M urea). This z-stack rendering is of the micellar assembly in Movie S5 (Fig. 3C-E), and was generated from the TVR-DART reconstruction of that assembly in Movie S8. This movie moves downward in z-space from the top of the micellar assembly to the bottom. One orthoslice from the middle z-height of the assembly is shown in Fig. 3G, and one orthoslice from an upper z-height of the assembly is shown in Fig. 3H.
