Neutrophils are not dividing after recruited to regional inflammation sites. The video shows neutrophil recruitment to ear infection or tail wounding sites in zebrafish embryos at 3 dpf. Neutrophil cytosols were labeled green and nucleus labeled magenta. Videos were recorded for 120min with 2min interval. Representative videos from n = 3 independent experiments with 3 fish each group are shown. Scale bar: 50 μm.
