Migration of the other Piezo null clone (HM1813) cells under 0.5% agarose gel to which a 400 Pa compressive load is applied. The cells forms both pseudopods and blebs, unlike its wild-type parent, which exclusively forms blebs under the same conditions. Taken by a laser scanning confocal microscope (Zeiss 780) at 2 frames per second about 8-10 minutes after the load is applied.
