Migration of Piezo null cell under 0.5% agarose gel to which a 1600 Pa compressive load is applied. The cell forms both pseudopods and blebs, unlike its wild-type parent, which exclusively forms blebs under the same conditions. Taken by a laser scanning confocal microscope (Zeiss 780) at 2 frames per second about 8-10 minutes after the load is applied.
