MEFs were infected with MCMV-3D.ΔM36 at an MOI of 0.2, 24 hours prior to co-culture with CD8 T cells (CD44+CD62L-) sorted from spleen of BL/6 mice latently infected with MCMV at 4:1 (E:T). Red florescent signal represent the reporter virus signal and green corresponds to CellEvent^TM Caspase-3/7 Green labelled apoptotic cells. Time represent hours post T cell co-culture.
