Effects of puromycin treatment on translating RNA. U2OS cells as described in Movie S1 were imaged for 13 frames (100 ms every 5 second), paused, treated with puromycin, and resumed imaging for another 20 frames. A Laplacian of Gaussian filter was applied to the images.
