Temperature oscillations between 15 and 29 °C lead to dissolution and condensation of P granules labelled via PGL-1::GFP (corresponding to Fig. 2A in the main text). Presented data are 4 repeats and the shaded area represents the standard deviation. Furthermore, a homogenization of P granule sizes is visible over the course of the video with more small P granules condensing after bigger P granules have dissolved. Images are maximum projections of spinning-disc confocal images. Time in mm:ss and scale bar equals 5 μm.
