Movie S1.

Imaris image rendering of microglial-pericyte contact. A retinal wholemount from an NG2-DsRed reporter mouse was used to assess microglial-pericyte contact, with pericytes (DsRed, red), microglia (Iba-1, green), and endothelial cells (CD31, blue) labelled. Where a microglial process was observed to make contact with a pericyte, an Imaris rendering of the area was undertaken showing microglial-pericyte contact.

Fractalkine-induced microglial vasoregulation occurs within the retina and is altered early in diabetic retinopathy
