Insulin granule mobility in continuously perifused mouse beta-cells. Single mouse beta-cells labelled with mC-peptide-emGFP were perifused with HEPES-buffered Krebs-Ringer medium containing 5 mM glucose at 32°C. This sequence of 200 images at the beginning of the experiment shows the mobility of insulin granules in the submembrane space. Note the more marked bleaching as compared with hIns-EGFP-labelled granules. View Video 2 at http://movie-usa.glencoesoftware.com/video/10.1530/JME-17-0063/video-2.
